A visit and the giveaway winner

Had a migraine come visit me a few days ago called "madre mia". I haven't seen her in a while but tends to always show up unannouced and at the worst times. My goal to announce the winner on Monday did not get to happen .... but I needed to keep my hands busy even if my head was pounding.
Nothing keeps the "madre mia" quiet like the creating havoc in my studio.
So I threw some stashes together and starred and played until the possibilities came alive.
Possessed with ideas of color and something new... this was born.

This pillow cover is combined with my collection of softest wool and cotton.
I love it so much I want to give it away ... if that makes sense.
My favorite part are the handmade wooden buttons to fasten the back made by my talented husband (the captain)
Hope to be completed this week and up in the shop.
Any ideas on a name for it? I'd love to hear some suggestions.
Needless to say "madre mia" left after I threaten her with my hook and my needles.

Now to the winner...
The winner is Kelli!!
She wrote :

...As for me I learnt the very basics of knitting as a small child, I still remember my plastic, lilac coloured knitting needles with pineapples on the end! I didn't really knit again until my twenties when I'd occasionally get the urge and would knit bits of squares. It wasn't until last year when I decided I wanted to learn more that I finally got into knitting properly...This year I'd love to figure out cabling and colourwork. I'm currently still working on a stripey jumper for my 8 year old daughter...

She is one of my favorite people on Instagram.
She sent me a gift some time back ... just because. So returning the gesture is a pleasure.

Thanks to everyone that entered, I loved your comments and the stories you shared.
