Last month I had the pleasure of doing some consignment handmade items for a little shop in Oakland, CA.
An old friend, who is a "jack of all trades" in the kitchen, runs an extraordinary shop.
This gardener, baker, designer and bee-keeper makes homemade honey, delicious syrups, specialty butter and preserves in her own kitchen.
She carries locally made infused salts and sugars, pickles and even locally roasted coffee.
She carefully hand picks unique kitchen glassware and linens to compliment her shop.
When I was asked to make some goodies I was psyched!
This was my first kitchen project and I love to try something new.
I made some pot holder/trivets, dish cloths and a market bag.
She allowed me to feature some of her pictures from her shop, Oakland Dry Goods.
This amazing wall art is from her husband Matt |
Thank you for letting me be a part of your experience in Oakland and take some space on your shelves.
It is truly an honor.
If ever in the area check out her shop and
bee charmed by Lonna the bee-charmer!
So proud of of your mention here!
Felicidades!
