Both Hands

The last few weeks I have been hibernating and busy with projects.

Busy is good until you forget to take care of yourself.

Our home is once again taken over by the germ ninjas.

All four of us have colds in four different flavors.

I am slowing down but I am determined, so for now I am swimming in denial.

This lovely new shop opened up a few weeks ago.

I found myself salivating and palpitating from all the beauty behind that door.

The people were warm, knowledgeable and so helpful.

I was so in love that i forgot to take pictures. Must return and take more pictures inside.

I made the trip on foot one of the coldest and windiest days.

It was a hike to get there but so worth it.

The princess slept while I shopped.

The princess was happy to help me organize my messy stash.

This beauty was created out of the simple need to get rid of some of it.
And the need for something new.

The inspiration came form here.
I visit her daily to feed my addiction.

These crochet flowers I made to tie up some gifts to hold together.
The inspiration came from here, but I created my own pattern.

While playing with them, I found they have many uses.

They will be going out with some "just because" gifts on their way too some lovely ladies.

Many more projects and gifts in store.

In the midst of feeling sick but mostly antsy and eager....

I am reminded by one of my favorite poems as a kid.

BODY LANGUAGE
