This is my "Molly Ringwald", I love it so much I hardly want to touch it. Sitting there like a newborn... "shhhh...don't disturb it I am saving it for a special project".
Right now a bit busy in the middle of other projects and orders, I took a minute to photograph this super soft beauty. I love that virgin beauty in a skein, brimming with possibilities, stirring up all kinds of projects and ideas in my head. What do you see it becoming?

It's so pretty...I can feel it and the blanket. This would make a gorgeous baby blanket!
ReplyDeleteI know it would be a sweet baby blanket in that color. Thanks Greta, this was so much fun.
DeleteOoh, that is pretty, and looks so soft, I want to put it on my face and inhale!
ReplyDeleteThank you for playing along!
I often do that in yarn stores when no one is looking ...yup I am a yarn whore . This was fun.
DeleteOhh, a pretty infinite scarf, light and soft, not chunky and thick, worn with a cream color top, or black, or white.... light, soft, cozy. Love the color...love the photo.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great suggestions Rebecca! I'm sure you will soon find out. Thanks for commenting :)
DeleteEverything about this picture and your page (and the freezing weather here today) makes me want to wrap one of your warm scarves around my neck :)
ReplyDeleteKatie, I think you hit the nail on the head there. I was looking at all the stories of the winter blizzard coming from all my friends in the east and was moved to find a warm picture. You are so sweet for mentioning my scarves. Thanks so much and nice to see you here :)
DeleteSitting there like a newborn! That's the best description ever. Love.
ReplyDeleteThank you for saying so Sarah, it really felt like a newborn to me.
DeleteI think it would have to become something for a newborn, it seems perfect for that. Love the picture, it just screams "soft".
ReplyDeleteThat sweet soft pink is so perfect for a baby, right? Thanks Kirsten ;)
DeleteIt does look so soft and pretty. I agree with Greta, it looks perfect for a baby blanket. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Susi, I am working on a baby section in my shop. Don't know if this skein will make it as a blanket but it certainly inspires me to create baby things :)
Delete...or a latte from Back in the Day made by Nicki ...
ReplyDeleteOh my, that is so very perfect!
ReplyDeleteAnd Molly Rongwald! *Swoon*
